Big Shed's annual feasts have been running for umpteen years now, and have usually featured Highland beef as the main attraction. All the Highland cows have now been eaten, so this year the star of the show will be Suffolk Lamb. Born and bred at the Big Shed for the sole purpose of delighting your taste buds, several brave lambs will volunteer for the event, and our chef will ensure their sacrifice will not be in vain. A plethora of delicious lamb dishes will be served along with other excellent local produce, washed down of course with as much Big Shed wine as you can drink (so bribe a designated driver)! We guarantee you will not go home hungry. For the inebriated, we will probably be offering a shuttle service to and from Daylesford Town Hall (TBC, please ring for confirmation).

The Trentham Farmers Market is held every third Saturday of the month, 9am to 1pm in the Trentham Town Square.
